How Shine! Protect works
If your car gets damaged, you can easily request a repair using the user-friendly Shine! Protect app. Once we confirm that the damage is minor, as outlined in your agreement, a Shine! expert repair technician will come to your home or workplace at a time that works best for you.
Shine! Protect includes repairs to areas of minor damage including dents, scratches and scuffs up to 30cm and no deeper than 3mm. Chips up to 5mm in diameter.
Claims can be made easily through the Shine! Protect smartphone app or online.

Yes, Shine! Protect allows up to 21 individual claims over the term of the plan, depending on your coverage level.
Once we’ve confirmed that the damage is minor, as described in the agreement, a Shine! expert repair technician will come to you at home or work at a time that suits.
